Read the vent, not the old box
The filter size is stamped on the frame of the old filter and moulded into some vent frames: nominal figures like 16x25x1. Buy the stamp, not a memory of it.

Measure the arm, then the cuff
A blood pressure cuff lists its range in inches. Wrap a tape around the upper arm, and pick the cuff whose printed range brackets that figure, pediatric to thigh size.

Match the pad to the machine
TENS pads differ by connector and size, not by brand promises. Check whether your unit takes snap or pin leads, then pick the pad footprint your clinician showed you.

Count the yards, not the rolls

Helps a lot with Pain on Day 1, will update as days go on. I’m so happy i got this because the place i went to for surgery didn’t send me home with any type of ice packs at all. It doesn’t stay cold super long maybe like 20/25 mins but it comes with 4 total ice packs so you can always keep changing them out. While they’re cold it feels so soothing. I got for wisdom teeth removal and they suggest doing 20 min on, 10/20 min off so it’s kinda like a good timer. Head peace is super soft, i have sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate me at all.

I am so glad I found these. They were so much cheaper than the local hardware store. I repainted my kitchen cabinets and had a ton of sanding to do. This value pack came with a nice variety of grits and seemed to be the same good quality as ones that I have purchased at the hardware store. They adhered well and lasted as long as expected. So far they have worked good. I didn’t think I would like the type. I like the older kind better that was just hard plastic, but the hook makes it very east to hang. The only thing I’m not sure about yet is the plastic gets very soft in the heat sitting in your car and I’m afraid the seems might pull apart but it has happen yet and we have had some very warm days.

My brother had back surgery and I put this wonderful adhesive transparent dressing over the surgical dressing , which I change every day, and it adheres very wonderfully, which is great because then I don’t have to use tape. Very affordable! Highly recommend
