The measuring shelf
Four printed cuff ranges from pediatric to extra large, aneroid kits with stethoscopes, and automatic monitors for arm and wrist. Fit decides the figure.

The manual half of this shelf is sized like shoes, and the size is printed where you can read it. Pediatric cuffs fit arms of 7.2 to 10.5 inches, standard adult 10 to 16, large adult 13 to 20, and the extra-large 16 to 26 inch cuff reaches thigh measurements. The heart association is blunt about why the range matters: an incorrectly sized cuff produces an incorrect reading. The aneroid kits pair a cuff with a stethoscope, which is the configuration nursing students buy to learn the sounds themselves.
The automatic half covers home monitoring the way the AHA describes it, and our updates page carries the association guidance with the date we read it: an upper-arm monitor as the recommended type, with large-cuff models fitting 8.6 to 16.5 inch arms. The wrist monitors in the line exist for arms the cuffs cannot fit and for portability, and we print the association preference for upper-arm readings rather than hide it. A home log helps a clinician see between appointments; the association is equally clear that home readings do not replace visits and never decide medication on their own.

Electrode pads are consumables. This line stocks the common sizes in boxes of 4 to 80, so the unit in the drawer keeps earning its place.
9 pieces →Reusable gel packs sold flat or sewn into wraps that hold the cold against a jaw, a shoulder, an elbow or a lower back without a spare hand.
17 pieces →Three dressing families under one line: hydrocolloid for blisters and spots, silicone foam for pressure care, transparent film to seal and shower through.

Measure around the bare upper arm at its widest and find the range that brackets the figure. The printed range on each cuff is the whole sizing system; between sizes, the AHA advice is to fit the cuff to the measurement, not to hope.
The heart association recommends upper-arm monitors and says wrist and finger types give less reliable readings. We sell the wrist models with that preference printed, for the cases where an arm cuff will not fit or travel demands the smaller box.
No, and the AHA says so directly: home monitoring supplements care, and medication never changes on home readings alone. Bringing the monitor to an appointment to compare it against the office equipment is the association tip we repeat most.
