What we can settle
Anything in the catalog. Whether a 16x25x1 filter is the size your return vent actually takes. Which TENS pad shape fits the machine you already own. Whether the cuff sized 13 to 20 inches will close on the arm you are buying it for. How many decks come in the box and how many yards are on the roll.
Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the label in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it and say what changed.
What belongs to the shop
Orders, delivery windows, damaged parcels, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.
How long we take
A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music. People read this mailbox between other work.
One button, the whole LotFancy range
Every size, count and rating in LotFancy essentials sits behind this button, with the current price beside it. Check the figure on the card against the thing at home, and it ships from our retail partner.
