The therapy shelf
Electrode pads are consumables. This line stocks the common sizes in boxes of 4 to 80, so the unit in the drawer keeps earning its place.
9 pieces · $9.99–$29.99 across the page · 4 sizes
A TENS unit is a one-time purchase; its pads are not. The gel face wears with every application, and a pad that no longer sticks flat no longer delivers the signal it should, which is why this line is counted in the dozens. The 2x2 inch square is the workhorse size, boxed in 20, 40 and 80; the 2x3.5 rectangle covers longer muscles; the 4.3x6 and the 1.65x13.75 wrap sizes carry the signal across a back rather than a spot.
Size is not the only fit. Pads connect by snap or by pigtail wire, and the card names which one a box carries, so the box matches the unit you already own. On placement itself the public guidance speaks, not us: the NHS advice on electrode placement names the places a pad should never go, and our updates page links straight to it. The per-pad arithmetic is printed on every card, and an 80-box is how a daily user stops thinking about supply.

Reusable gel packs sold flat or sewn into wraps that hold the cold against a jaw, a shoulder, an elbow or a lower back without a spare hand.

Match the connection first: snap pads click onto stud leads, pigtail pads take the thin pin wire. The card names the connection and the size. Both systems are standard across most consumer units.
Until it stops lying flat. Skin oils and lint dull the gel with each use; storing pads on their plastic film in a cool place stretches the count. When an edge lifts or the grip goes patchy, the pad has retired itself.
That question belongs to the clinical guidance, and we defer to it: the NHS advice lists the no-go placements, the front of the neck among them. Our sources page links the advice with the date we read it.
